Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk of your choice (dairy or plant-based)
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Pinch of salt
¼ cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
¼ cup Sun Tropics® Salted Caramel Saba Banana Chips, crushed
Additional banana slices and extra banana chips for topping (optional)

Directions:

1. In 2 bowls or jars, divide the rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
2. Stir in the chopped nuts and crushed Salted Caramel Saba Banana Chips into the oat mixture.
3. Cover the bowls or jars with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture overnight or for at least 4 hours.
4. The next morning, give the overnight oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency. Top with additional banana slices and extra Salted Caramel Saba Banana Chips for added crunch and flavor.
