Calamansi Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
3 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed Sun Tropics Pure Calamansi
2 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup coconut or olive oil
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
2. Drizzle the orangey goodness over a bed of locally grown lettuce, mango and cucumber for a delicious side salad.
3. Add a piece of seared fresh ahi tuna on top and you’ve got dinner.
