Frozen Mango Daquiri
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes 1 Serving Per Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup Sun Tropics® Mango Nectar
2 cups white rum
1 oz lime juice
1 Tbsp simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Mango slices or lime wedges, garnish
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the ice cubes, Mango Nectar, white rum, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using).
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a splash more of Mango Nectar or rum.
- Pour the frozen mango daquirui into chilled glass. Garnish each glass with a slice of mango or lime wedge.
