Papaya & Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

1 Hawaiian papaya
1 Haas Avocado
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp. Sun Tropics Pure Calamansi
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

  1. Peel and seed papaya, cut into chunks.
  2. Skin and core avocado, cut into chunks.
  3. Arrange on plate, sprinkle salt
  4. Drizzle Pure Calamansi and olive oil.
  5. Serve with grilled or fried meat/seafood dishes.
