Mango Coconut Tapioca Pudding

Makes 4 Servings


1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 tsp Sun Tropics® Pure Calamansi
1 cup Sun Tropics® Original Tapioca Pudding
Diced mango for garnish
Coconut flakes for garnish


  1. Add the mango and Pure Calamansi into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill the bottom of 4 small jars with 2-3 tablespoons of the mango puree. Next, add 3-4 tablespoons of the Original Tapioca Pudding and repeat once to fill the jars. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve and garnish with diced mangoes and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
