Sun Tropics Finger Jello

Jigglely fun!


1 cup Sun Tropics® Calamansi Lime Nectar, cold
3 cups Sun Tropics® Calamansi Lime Nectar, heated to boiling
4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin


  1.  Sprinkle gelatin over cold Calamansi Lime Nectar in a large bowl.  Let stand one minute.
  2. Add hot Calamansi Lime Nectar and stir until gelatin completely dissolves.  This will take about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
  5. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
