Sun Tropics Finger Jello

Jigglely fun!

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Sun Tropics Calamansi Lime, cold
3 cups Sun Tropics Calamansi Lime, heated to boiling
4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin

Directions:

 

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold Sun Tropics Calamansi Lime in a large bowl.  Let stand one minute.
  2. Add hot Sun Tropics Calamansi Lime and stir until gelatin completely dissolves.  This will take about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into a 9×13 pan.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
  5. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
