Coconut Affogato with CocoRolls Crumble

Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients:

3 scoops coconut ice cream (or vanilla ice cream)
1 shot hot espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
3-5 pcs Sun Tropics Original CocoRolls, crushed
Optional: pinch of flaky sea salt or drizzle of caramel

Directions:

  1. Place 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a small glass bowl or cup.
  2. Pour freshly brewed espresso over the ice cream.
  3. Crush the CocoRolls into coarse crumbles.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble generously on top.  Add 2 whole CocoRolls on top.
  5. Serve immediately!
