By participating, entrants agree to these official rules:

 

WHAT IS THE PRIZE:

  1. The winner will receive coupons for two free Sun Topics 64 ounce juice products. Coupons not redeemable for cash, or exchangeable other than at the discretion of Sun Tropics, Inc.
  2. Winners will be listed on the Sun Tropics entry post within one week of post publish date. Winners will be instructed to privately message Sun Tropics their mailing address. Coupon prizes will be sent to the addresses provided. Any prizes not claimed within two weeks of winner announcement will be void and awarded to another entrant.
  3. Prize coupons are redeemable at select locations where Sun Tropics products are sold. *Coupons are subject to policies of individual retailers. Not all retailers honor manufacturer coupons. Sun Tropics is not responsible, nor is obligated to redeem prize coupons in the possible case in which no eligible redemption location is available within the area where the winner resides.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:

  1. While this sweepstakes is open to all United States citizens, prizes are only redeemable at select location within certain regions. See store locator: http://suntropics.net/retailer-search/. Please note above listed specification that coupons are subject to policies of individual retailers. Not all retailers honor manufacturer coupons. Sun Tropics is not responsible, nor is obligated to redeem prize coupons in the possible case in which no eligible redemption location is available within the area that the winner resides.
  2. Entrants must be 18 years of age to enter.

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. Follow comment instructions given in Facebook Giveaway Post on Sun Tropics Facebook Page.
  2. No purchase necessary to enter.
  3. Entrants are eligible to submit only one entry per contest.

  2. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Sun Tropics, Inc., and is in no way endorsed or sponsored by Facebook.
  3. Winners will be randomly selected among entrants.
  4. Sun Tropics, Inc. reserves the right to modify or shut down the contest at their discretion.
  5. By participating, each entrants grants Sun Tropics permission to use his or her name, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
  6. By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sun Tropics and the Facebook platform from any liability, damages, losses, or injuries resulting in whole or in part from entrant’s participation and acceptance and use of the prize.
