Frozen Mango Daquiri

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Makes 1 Serving Per Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups ice cubes
1 cup Sun Tropics® Mango Nectar
2 cups white rum 
1 oz lime juice
1 Tbsp simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Mango slices or lime wedges, garnish

 

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the ice cubes, Mango Nectar, white rum, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using).
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a splash more of Mango Nectar or rum.
  3. Pour the frozen mango daquirui into chilled glass. Garnish each glass with a slice of mango or lime wedge.
