Tropical S’mores Hack

Makes 6 Servings

Ingredients:

2 bags Sun Tropics Salted Caramel CocoRolls
¼ cup marshmallow creme
3 large marshmallows, halved
6 small dark chocolate squares (roughly 1-inch piece)
2 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Arrange 3 CocoRolls side-by-side on a parchment lined sheet tray to create 6 bases.
  2. Drizzle a thin zigzag of marshmallow sauce over the CocoRolls and gently press together. Repeat for each base.
  3. Place one halved marshmallow on each base. Broil on high, placing the tray about 6 inches from the heat for 30-60 secs. until the top is golden brown.
  4. Allow the bites to cool for 3-5 mins. and carefully transfer to a serving plate. Add chocolate squares to each bite and drizzle additional marshmallow sauce to adhere the toppings.
  5. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes and top each bite with 3 CocoRolls. Gently press to adhere and enjoy.
