Tropical S’mores Hack

Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients:
2 bags Sun Tropics Salted Caramel CocoRolls
¼ cup marshmallow creme
3 large marshmallows, halved
6 small dark chocolate squares (roughly 1-inch piece)
2 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Directions:
- Arrange 3 CocoRolls side-by-side on a parchment lined sheet tray to create 6 bases.
- Drizzle a thin zigzag of marshmallow sauce over the CocoRolls and gently press together. Repeat for each base.
- Place one halved marshmallow on each base. Broil on high, placing the tray about 6 inches from the heat for 30-60 secs. until the top is golden brown.
- Allow the bites to cool for 3-5 mins. and carefully transfer to a serving plate. Add chocolate squares to each bite and drizzle additional marshmallow sauce to adhere the toppings.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes and top each bite with 3 CocoRolls. Gently press to adhere and enjoy.
