Passion Orange Guava Hot Toddy Mocktail

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients:

1 cup Sun Tropics Passion Orange Guava 100% Juice
1 cup water
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp honey (or to taste)
1 cinnamon stick
2 thin lemon slices, for garnish
Optional: 1 star anise or clove for added spice

 

Directions:

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine Passion Orange Guava 100% Juice, water, lemon juice, honey, and the cinnamon stick.
2. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir until honey dissolves, about 3-5 mins.
3. Remove from heat and discard the cinnamon stick (and star anise or clove, if used).
4. Pout into two mugs and garnish each with a lemon slice.
5. Serve warm and enjoy.
