Really wanted to like it since I usually love everything ube

It tastes okay, doesn’t really taste anything like ube to me. I don’t know if its taro pieces or if it’s the coconut. But I’d bite into something that tasted waxy and had the texture of solidified coconut oil. Not good. If that can be fixed as well as putting more ube in the recipe I think it could be really good.
