We’ve recreated authentic Thai Curry, starting with a curry paste made from scratch. We roast aromatic coriander and cumin seeds and finely crush fresh galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime peel, shallots and Thai basil, with fresh and dried chilis. All are simmered in fresh-pressed coconut milk with kaffir lime leaves, julienne bamboo shoots, protein-rich edamame and other tender vegetables.

    Bought this for my daughter who has to eat gluten-free food. She loves this. Perfect to take to work and heat up in the microwave. Problem is, can no longer find it at Costco (where I bot it). Check the website and they list all kinds of stores in St. Louis & Philadelphia but so far no one has it. Website needs updating. Has This been discontinued? Shame if it has.

    Totally love the overall Thai red curry with vegetables over jasmine rice. The taste is authentic with the right amount of spiciness. I love the fact the packaging is convenient for me to take it to work and it’s easy to warm up in the microwave.
