Teriyaki Mochi Stuffed Mushrooms

Makes 12 Servings

Ingredients:

12 crimini or button mushrooms, stem removed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Half bag of Sun Tropics Tamari Teriyaki Mochi Crunch, crushed
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lime a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  4. Top each with a spoonful of crushed Mochi Crunch, pressing lightly to help them stick.
  5. Bake for 18-20 mins. until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
