Papaya & Avocado Salad

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 medium size papaya
1 medium haas avocado, skinned and cored
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp Sun Tropics Pure Calamansi
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the papaya, cut into chunks.
  2. Skinned and remove the seed of the avocado, cut into chunks.
  3. Arrange on the plate, then sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Dressing: In a small bowl, combine the Pure Calamansi and olive oil.
  5. Drizzle the salad dressing on to the fruits.
  6. Serve with grilled or fried meat/seafood dishes.
