Papaya & Avocado Salad

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 Hawaiian Papaya
1 haas Avocado, skinned and cored
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp Sun Tropics® Pure Calamansi
2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Peel and remove the seeds of the papaya, cut into chunks.
- Skinned and remove the seed of the avocado, cut into chunks.
- Arrange on plate, sprinkle salt
- Drizzle the Pure Calamansi and olive oil.
- Serve with grilled or fried meat/seafood dishes.
