Papaya & Avocado Salad

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 Hawaiian Papaya
1 haas Avocado, skinned and cored
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp Sun Tropics® Pure Calamansi
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the papaya, cut into chunks.
  2. Skinned and remove the seed of the avocado, cut into chunks.
  3. Arrange on plate, sprinkle salt
  4. Drizzle the Pure Calamansi and olive oil.
  5. Serve with grilled or fried meat/seafood dishes.
