Papaya & Avocado Salad
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 medium size papaya
1 medium haas avocado, skinned and cored
1 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp Sun Tropics Pure Calamansi
2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Peel and remove the seeds of the papaya, cut into chunks.
- Skinned and remove the seed of the avocado, cut into chunks.
- Arrange on the plate, then sprinkle with sea salt.
- Dressing: In a small bowl, combine the Pure Calamansi and olive oil.
- Drizzle the salad dressing on to the fruits.
- Serve with grilled or fried meat/seafood dishes.
