Pink Cloud Guava Fizz

Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients:
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp dragon fruit powder
1 tsp blonde coconut sugar
1 ½ cups Sun Tropics Guava 100% Juice
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
½ cup sparkling water
Ice
1 lime, for zesting
Sun Tropics Salted Caramel CocoRolls, for topping
Directions:
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the heavy cream, dragon fruit powder, and coconut sugar until smooth and lightly thickened.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice. Divide Guava Juice and lime juice evenly between the glasses. Top each glass with sparkling water and gently stir.
- Slowly pour the dragon fruit cream over the back of a spoon to create a soft pink floating layer. Finely zest a fresh lime directly over the foam.
- Add several Salted Caramel CocoRolls on top of the foam layer as garnish.
- Serve immediately for a bright, creamy tropical refresher with a vibrant guava and dragon fruit finish.
