A traditional staple in Korea, and now a popular dish in the U.S., Bibimbap literally means mixed rice. We’ve recreated authentic Bibimbap, starting with a naturally fermented Korean red chili paste for our signature Gochujang sauce. Shiitake and shimeji mushrooms add umami notes. Tender carrots and bean sprouts, crisp seaweed, sesame oil and rice add lots of flavor and texture. If you love hot sauce, pour it on, or start by drizzling for a little spicy kick. Try topping with a fried egg or your choice of protein.
