Salmon Burgers with Spicy Mango Sauce

Ingredients:
Burger:
2 1/2 lb fresh salmon, skin off and minced Sun TropicsĀ® Pure Calamansi
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp Sun TropicsĀ® Mango Nectar
3 Tbsp chives, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 vegetable oil
Favorite burger garnish
Spicy Mango Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium jalapeƱo, minced
1/4 cup Sun TropicsĀ® Mango Nectar
1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Ā To prepare the burger:Ā In a bowl, mix together the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, Mango Nectar, chives, and mayonnaise.Ā Mix until combined.Ā Form 6Ā burgers.
- Ā To prepare the sauce:Ā In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, jalapeƱo, Mango Nectar, Pure Calamansi, and salt.Ā Stir to combine.
- Ā Preheat grill to medium heat.Ā Brush each patty with oil and cook for 2 mins on each side.Ā Remove from grill, serve on buns or bed f greens and top with the Spicy Mango Sauce.
