Golden Curry Crunch Deviled Eggs

Makes 12 Halves
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sun Tropics Golden Curry Mochi Crunch, crushed
Chopped chives, for garnish
Directions:
- Boil eggs for 10 mins., then cool, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash them mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, curry powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
- Top each deviled egg with crumbled bacon and crushed Mochi Crunch.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped chives and serve!
