Golden Curry Crunch Deviled Eggs

Makes 12 Halves

Ingredients:

6 large eggs
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sun Tropics Golden Curry Mochi Crunch, crushed
Chopped chives, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Boil eggs for 10 mins., then cool, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and mash them mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, curry powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
  4. Top each deviled egg with crumbled bacon and crushed Mochi Crunch.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh chopped chives and serve!
