2 Tablespoons Sun Tropics® Pure Calamansi
4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 bag washed baby arugula
Shaved parmesan cheese
- In a large salad bowl, mix Pure Calamansi, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Toss arugula greens until coated with dressing. Transfer onto a plate, garnish with shaved parmesan.
- Serve with grilled or fried meats.
