Calamansi Basil Sparkler

Makes 1 Serving Per Recipe


5 large leaves fresh basil, reserve two for garnish
½ teaspoon cane sugar
1 cup ice
¼ cup Sun Tropics® Calamansi Lime Nectar
¾ cup sparkling cider
1 slice blood orange, for garnish
5 fresh cranberries, for garnish


  1. In a collins glass, add basil and sugar. Using a wooden pestle (or the handle end of a wooden spoon), muddle basil and sugar until fragrant.
  2. Add ice, Calamansi Lime Nectar, and sparkling cider. Stir until mixed.
  3. Top with cranberries and basil for garnish. Place blood orange slice on rim of glass. Serve with a straw.
