½ c soy sauce
6 tbsp Sun Tropics® Pure Calamansi
1 head garlic, peeled & crushed
3 ½ tbsp brown sugar
1 ½ lbs chicken pieces, cleaned
Dash of black pepper
1 dried bay leaf
- Mix soy sauce, Pure Calamansi, garlic, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Marinate chicken pieces in mixture. Refrigerate for 30-60 min (overnight if time permits).
- Boil chicken in marinade under high heat. Add bay leaf and black pepper.
- Reduce heat to medium and continue boiling for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
