Glazed Grilled Shrimp


1 pound large raw shrimp, shelled and deveined, tail-on
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 Tablespoons Silo StreetFood Thai Sweet Chili Sauce


  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.  Add Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.  Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.  Place shrimp in single layer on well-seasoned baking tray.  Cook 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimps are thoroughly opaque.
  3. Remove from heat and serve on a bed of greens and a side of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
