Glazed Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb large raw shrimp, shelled and deveined, tail-on
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 Tbsp Silo StreetFood Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Directions:

  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.  Add Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.  Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.  Place shrimp in single layer on well-seasoned baking tray.  Cook 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimps are thoroughly opaque.
  3. Remove from heat and serve on a bed of greens and a side of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
