Glazed Grilled Shrimp
1 pound large raw shrimp, shelled and deveined, tail-on
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 Tablespoons Silo StreetFood Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- Rinse and pat dry the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Add Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place shrimp in single layer on well-seasoned baking tray. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimps are thoroughly opaque.
- Remove from heat and serve on a bed of greens and a side of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
