Roasted Crabs with Garlic Calamansi

Makes 2 servings


1 large Dungeness crab, cleaned and sectioned (raw or precooked)
¼ cup Sun Tropics® Pure Calamansi
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
10 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tablespoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Chopped scallions or parsley for garnishing


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and toss until crab is coated.
  4. Tear about 20” long aluminum foil and place onto lined cookie sheet. Place mixture in the center of foil, wrap it up, seal all openings.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Transfer on a serving platter and pour cooking juice on top. Garnish with scallion or parsley (optional).
