Sweet and Sour Oyster Mushrooms
Makes 2 servings
4 tbsp vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp white granulated sugar
2 tbsp Sun Tropics® Pure Calamansi
1 lb oyster mushrooms
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
- Heat oil on a large sauté pan over high heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, sugar, and Pure Calamansi. Let the liquid boil rapidly.
- Toss in mushrooms and saute until all juices have evaporated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
