Sweet and Sour Oyster Mushrooms

Makes 2 servings


4 tbsp vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp white granulated sugar
2 tbsp Sun Tropics® Pure Calamansi
1 lb oyster mushrooms
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper


  1. Heat oil on a large sauté pan over high heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, sugar, and Pure Calamansi.  Let the liquid boil rapidly.
  3. Toss in mushrooms and saute until all juices have evaporated.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
